Scott M. Salerno, a principal of Michaels, Schulwolf & Salerno, has many years of experience handling insurance matters and complex commercial disputes. Mr. Salerno’s extensive litigation experience includes practice at both the trial and appellate court levels. Mr. Salerno also has significant trial experience in both state and federal courts.
Representative insurance matters handled by Mr. Salerno include coverage disputes involving product liability, mass/toxic torts, environmental, asbestos and other complex claims. In addition, Mr. Salerno has enjoyed great success defending professional liability claims against various individuals and organizations. Mr. Salerno has also successfully handled several cases involving complex commercial disputes in various areas, including class action litigation, contract disputes and consumer fraud.
Mr. Salerno has obtained favorable results for his clients through both litigation and other dispute resolution processes such as mediation and arbitration.
